Dealer Use and API Integrations
Registered dealerships using API feeds or uploading listings must:
- Keep inventory and prices updated
- Ensure all sales comply with FSP and consumer protection regulations
- Not misuse data obtained via our platform for unauthorized marketing
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
- Use bots, crawlers, or other automation to scrape data
- Interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or availability
- Impersonate any person or entity
Fees and Payments
Certain services (e.g. promoted listings, dealer packages) may carry a fee. All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds are issued for completed services.
