Today, my wife and I purchased my 2026 dream car, and it was made possible by who I genuinely believe is Hatfield’s best: Uzair Slarmie (“Uzi”). After selling my Tiguan in November 2025, I spent months hunting for the perfect replacement. I can’t thank Justin and the manager enough for the incredible service I’ve received. They truly went above and beyond to get me the best deal and have consistently looked after me every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients, which is rare these days. Because of the way I’ve been treated, I’m now a returning customer and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone over any other garage without hesitation.

Been supporting this dealership for many years however of late they seem to have become too big and too busy…service department especially is not what it used to be and lacks the finesse it once had. Will definitely consider other options going forward. Such a pity!
