Omoda|Jaecoo hatfield offers great service, when you bring in your car for service they offer a ride within a 15km range, they drop you off and collect you when your car is ready, they also wash your car for you after service. They have kind and friendly staff, who are very helpful and patient and attend to every client and their concerns.

I have bought cars from different brands and dealerships before, but Omoda Hatfield stood out. From the salesperson (Cheyenne) and the FNI (Marissa) and the entire team. They were professional, informed and patient. I asked a lot of silly questions about fuel consumption, etc., but they didn’t get tired, just supplied me with details and allowed me the space to decided on the model.
