I had my car booked in at Mazda Midrand for a CarPlay installation, and I honestly can’t fault the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, patient, and customer-focused. I would especially like to give a huge thank you to Tristina Paul. She truly went above and beyond. Even while the technicians were experiencing challenges with the installation, she continuously kept me updated, followed up on progress, and made sure I was never left in the dark. Her communication, calmness, and dedication made a potentially frustrating situation feel manageable and reassuring. The team went the extra mile by offering a complimentary car wash and ensuring the unit connectivity was properly sorted out. That level of honesty and care really stood out to me. Overall, this was excellent customer service, and it’s clear that Mazda Midrand values their customers. Thank you to Tristina and the entire team for turning this into a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting your dealership for a annual service and I must say, the service was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and dealt with professionalism. I was also dropped off at home and picked up again once my car was ready. All was done smoothly and the drivers carried themselves out appropriately and very well mannered too. The highlight of the overall service at Mazda Midrand is Tristina Paul. All rounder and absolutely phenomenal when dealing with her from start to end. Engaging, discussing, understanding and communicating feedback was perfect. Makes one feel at ease. Thank you again Midrand Mazda you have the best employees.
