Took my XLT in for a service & to correct some factory recall issues. It appears to have been a bigger task than anticipated & needed more time, but as I needed my car early the next morning, I couldn’t leave it overnight. I’m absolutely blown away with the service delivered by Agi, the technician who worked until 19:45 to get the job done. Thank you, I truly appreciate the incredible effort delivered with a smile.

Received absolutely outstanding service from Jacobus Piek within the service department. My vehicle was in for 2 weeks which in itself is stressful however Jacobus went over and above by re-assuring me and keeping me fully informed & updated at every stage of diagnosing and getting to the bottom of the issue with my vehicle. I really felt he genuinely understood my frustrations and made sure to handle things in the best way possible. 5 stars for Jacobus. Ford Fourways has a great employee who definitely upholds the brand well.

Excellent service I received.The staff was very friendly and helpful.I had my issues resolved efficiently and effectively so.The technician was knowledgeable and very productive.The atmosphere is lovely.The communication from them was on another level.I won't mind working with them in the future.
