My husband purchased a car from VW Northcliff this week. I have to commend the staff, from the moment we arrived we only received the best service. Walking through to sign paper work every single person was friendly and greeted us. Ruth in financial administrator was so sweet and made us laugh with her jokes. My biggest shout out has to go to Sibusiso though, he deserves sales man of the year. Exceptional service from the moment we met him. He was online to answer all our questions and texted us back throughout the process. He even assisted me to pull my my service history on my car. Sibusiso thank you for enjoying your job so much.

Sales, After Sales & Beyond – Exceptional Service! I could not be happier with the service I received from VW Hatfield (Northcliff), with a special shout-out to Katleho R, who is an absolute star! I recently purchased a new VW Amarok, and while leather was being installed, the door panels were unfortunately scratched. When I picked up the vehicle, I notified Katleho, who immediately took ownership of the situation and managed the resolution process. Although it took a while for the replacement panels to arrive, I never had to chase for updates – Katleho kept me informed throughout. Despite some miscommunication along the way, any issues I had were promptly resolved without hassle. This is the first time I've experienced after-sales service of this calibre, and VW Northcliff has truly set a new standard for me. Katleho R is an outstanding salesman – never pushy, always patient with all my queries about quotes, cancellations, and more. He genuinely listened to what I wanted rather than pushing products I wasn't interested in. When I was unable to make the trip to collect my number plate and registration, Katleho personally brought it to my home(PTA) and installed it himself. That level of service speaks volumes.
