I came in with what I wanted and he took the time to understand my needs, from my budget to how I planned to use the vehicle day-to-day. He patiently walked me through options and answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!). Fernando made sure I got a great deal and helped break down the financing options, with honest, transparent communication the whole way through from emails, phone calls and whatsapp messages at any hour. The paperwork was quick, and Fernando even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. That personal touch really meant a lot.
