Google found me a star. Well, 5 stars actually. We recently moved to Paarl and I had no idea where to go to sell my old car, so I googled used car dealers and found Roberto. He was amazing. He made the whole process so easy and concluded the deal in a day. Thank you Roberto.

Oh my word! From the minute I contacted Roberto from Cargen Auto it has been such a good experience. The service he gave me in buying my new car was exceptional. He kept me up to date during the week whilst finalising the sale, sent me messages when my new car had gone through roadworthy, and upon collection got spoilt with a gift , a smile and of course my news keys. They wipe the floor against Audi, and Vw ( previous cars). These big brands could learn a lot from Roberto and this dealership… Thank you Cargen Auto for being professional and making my new car purchase experience such a please….. All I can say is Wow….

Cargen Auto in Paarl provided excellent service. They had two 2024 Toyota Fortuner 2.8 Gd6 VX models available of which I only noticed the one which had higher km than the other one. Upon viewing the very friendly sales executive, Roberto, showed us another Fortuner which only did 19000km and negotiated a lower price with the manager. The car is spotless and provides excellent performance. I will definitely recommend Cargen to any prospective buyer. Regards Lyndon.
