We recently purchased a 2011 Nissan XTrail 4x4 from Deon Strydom, he went above and beyond to assist us, his professionalism was wonderful and he was extremely helpful. We have never experienced such amazing service and great follow up previously from any other dealer. I would like to give my highest recommendation to Deon Strydom at Weskaap Motors for the excellent service I received during and after the sales process. I approached the process as a cautious buyer due to past experiences in the second-hand car market. From the first interaction, Deon was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent, which immediately put me at ease. I am so happy with the prompt service I received from Weskaap Motors. They were willing to assist me at past 20:00PM on a Sunday night. They were also willing to let me test drive a vehicle and bring it out to me without me even asking. 10 of 10 I give them. Shout out to Nazeem at Weskaap Motors, He was willing to drive 2 hours just to bring me a vehicle to test drive without knowing if ill purchase the vehicle or not. EXCELLENT Customer Service. I would like to give another shout out to Nazeem at Weskaap Motors, he took time out of his day on a late Sunday afternoon to drive all the way to my location after a family function just to let me test drive the vehicle.
